Greetings, Potential Sponsor,

In this crazy world of ours, there are still a few constants: There are kids in our cities that need opportunity and positive focus. House of Boxing Champions (HOBC), a nationally recognized 501(c)(3), strives to do just that. HOBC has a plan, our founders, Curtis and Gregory Hunt, have been executing this plain for over eight years. Six of those years as a formal, non-profit organization. They have a vision – one for the kids… one that can help the youth get off the streets, have focus, and be safe.
This vision is to create safe and structured environments for youth to learn, grow and excel through the sport of boxing. However, this sport has serious consequences, and there are no laws that focus on initial prevention of traumatic brain injury in youth sports. Curtis and Gregory seek to bridge that gap by, offering Low-resource athletic programs, bulk allowances and Grant program, these programs provide Safety Protective Equipment Allowances, Youth Membership Grants, Workshop Grants, and Travel Grants. These grants go to the most needed athletic programs and community-based gyms that require assistance. Our mission is to be a leader in reducing sports related brain injuries.
How does this look in reality? In short, we search out community center-based gyms and programs, ones that provide a safe and structured place for inner city youth to learn, grow and excel. Next, HOBC “sponsors” youth with monthly membership to the gyms, ensuring that they have a safe place to be after school and on weekends. HOBC works with businesses in the community as well as top equipment suppliers to provide safety equipment to the gyms. Therefore, the kids can learn to box, utilizing safe equipment.
What can you do to help? HOBC is interested in partnering with you in the form of a sponsorship or donation which will be used to support Super-Bad Fitness, located at 8701 Puritan Ave, Detroit, Michigan. Tony Harrison former Super Welterweight Champion, Founder of Super-Bad Fitness, works to provide a healthy outlet for area children. They are providing one-on-one guidance, mentorship services, health education, and educational enrichment services. There are also affordable Fundraiser Raffle tickets available for purchase, all proceeds will go to Super-Bad Fitness and the area youth.
Will you help our youth in the city of Detroit? Will you team with us to build a safer tomorrow for them?
Visit https://www.houseofboxingchampions.com to pledge your sponsorship support to Super-Bad Fitness.
We look forward to partnering with you. Thank you and best wishes!
Sincerely,
Curtis Hunt.
